In this all-levels class, you’ll explore gentle, flowing movements that support strength, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find practices to meet you where you are. With accommodations for injuries and a focus on restoring energy, this class helps reduce stress, improve health, and bring your whole self into better balance.
