Qigong is a 4,000-year-old Chinese practice that combines slow, intentional movement with deep breathing to cultivate balance and qi (vital life energy) within the body. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that is described as meditation in motion. In this all-levels class, Tai Chi and Qigong combine to bring gentle, flowing movements that support strength, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find practices to meet you where you are. With accommodations for injuries and a focus on restoring energy, this class helps reduce stress, improve health, and bring your whole self into better balance.
