Herbal Tea Blending 101
with Instructor

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the basics of herbal medicine and how to craft your own delicious herbal tea blends.

In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll cover the foundations of herbal medicine, introduce a few versatile herbs, and walk through how to formulate a great-tasting and effective herbal tea. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a selection of herbal teas and create your own custom blend to take home (with recipes provided if you’d like inspiration).

All herbs and materials are included, and you’ll leave with detailed handouts on herbal medicine basics and tea formulation.

Cost is $50. Open to all experience levels. Limited to 25 participants. Suitable for ages 12 and up.
