This gentle fusion class brings together two ancient practices—yoga and qigong—both rooted in the idea that mindful movement and breath can restore balance and support overall well-being. Through slow, intentional sequences, you’ll begin to move and cultivate qi (life force energy), helping energy flow more freely through the body.

Expect simple, accessible movement that supports mobility, balance, and ease, combined with breathwork that helps you feel more grounded and present.

The class is designed for all levels, with options throughout so you can move at your own pace. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll find a way in.

Soft music and a multi-sensory environment help you settle in and go a little deeper—making this more than just a class, but a chance to reset your nervous system, restore your energy, and feel more connected.
