Through slow, intentional movement and guided breath, you’ll begin to cultivate qi (life force energy), allowing it to flow more freely through your body. Qigong (“chee-gong”), rooted in Chinese tradition, pairs beautifully with yoga to create a moving meditation that builds mobility, balance, and strength—while also helping you release stress and feel more at ease.

Qigong is primarily practiced standing, while yoga includes standing, seated, and reclined postures. No experience needed—just bring a yoga mat, water, and yourself.
